Applications include solder and desolder, including removing surface mount components, pin point heat, shrink tubing, spot drying, repairing vinyl, windshield repair, loosening bolts and more. The Master UT-35 Ultratorch® is lightweight, easy-to-use and completely portable. It features a patented, gas catalyst and iron plated corrosion resistant tip that heats quickly, lasts longer and works as both a soldering iron and flameless heat tool the same time. An adjustable temperature control assures predictable, repeatable temperatures and quickly regulates power equivalent to a 20-60 watt electric soldering iron. The UT-35 runs one hour on a full tank of Master Ultratane butane fuel, and has a reservoir window that clearly indicates fuel level. A 1.6 mm, chisel type, preheat tip and protective cap come standard with the unit. Professional options include five preheat solder tips, one hot knife preheat tip and one additional heat tip.
